DESCRIPTION:This is an all new for 22 workshop! \nWe’ll still work on building an foundation knowledge of this tiny wonders of nature – but different venue\, different habitat\, different lichens! \nWhether you’ve been on a Loving Lichens workshop before or not this workshop will teach and develop an understanding of ecosystems\, the role lichens play in them & a methodology of how to identify some common (& potentially rare) lichens found in the wilder parts of the UK. \nThe workshop will take the form of a 3 hour wander into nature. As ever this is a very ‘hands on’ workshop and is reactive to the participants – so we’ll be adapting to weather\, knowledge levels and what we can find on the day.
