On every Outdoor First Aid course we run people have questions specific to their own experience or based on the activity or environment they engage with. Whilst we always try and answer them in the breaks and spare time it's a full-on course and time is always limited for heading away from the syllabus.
In this new series of videos I'm going to add some additional information based on questions - this week we'll start with water.
